Hi, I’m Tristin, founder of Wonder & Bloom Counseling.

I believe therapy should feel like a grounded, supportive relationship where you can safely explore pain, patterns, and possibilities for healing. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, focusing on helping clients understand themselves with greater compassion.

My areas of focus are in EMDR, complex trauma, attachment wounds, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and relational healing for individuals, couples, and families.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where you feel understood without judgment, and where your experiences are met with compassion and curiosity.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your story, help you reconnect with yourself, and build new ways of relating that feel more secure, grounded, and aligned with who you want to be.

Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you- it’s about helping you come home to yourself.

About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment challenges, chronic illness, and life transitions. I have had the privilege of working with clients across multiple levels of care including residential (RTC), intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) which has given me a broad and compassionate understanding of the healing process at every stage.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and I draw from somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness in my work. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each approach to honor where you are and what you need most in your journey.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel truly safe, seen, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centered, and I strive to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel supported as we work together toward growth and lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy experimenting with new baking recipes (with varying levels of success), reading too many books at once, spending meaningful time with my family, and doing my best to survive the Florida heat right alongside everyone else.
