Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer a range of supportive options: including individual therapy, couples therapy, trauma work (including EMDR), eating disorder support, and skills-based approaches like DBT, CBT, and ACT, so you can find what fits best for where you are right now.

Whether you’re feeling unsure and just starting to explore, or you’re ready to go deeper and build real momentum in your healing, we’ll move at a pace that feels steady and manageable for you.

Everything is shaped with care around you, so you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll focus on what feels most helpful and aligned, building clarity, confidence, and practical support along the way.

My intention is to create a warm, grounded space where you feel understood, supported, and gently guided as you move through this in your own way and in your own time.

How do I get started?

Gettting started is simple, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to begin. You can reach out through the contact form or schedule a brief consultation call whatever feels most comfortable for you.

From there, I’ll connect with you and we’ll take things one step at a time. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and I’ll answer any questions you have so you don’t feel like you’re doing this alone.

A big part of this first step is also helping you get a feel for whether we’re a good fit. Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and comfortable with the person you’re sitting with, so this is just a chance for us to connect and see how it feels, with no pressure either way.

My goal is to make this feel easy, grounded, and supportive from the very beginning, so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Do you accept insurance?

I am accepting insurance through Headway, and will continue to offer that alongside private pay options. I am focused on expanding in-network coverage with additional insurance providers in order to try to make care as accessible as possible.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who may need a reduced fee, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to talk about options.

Individual Rate: $150
Couples/Family Rate: $175

Please note: at this time, couples sessions are private pay only.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! In addition to in-person sessions, I also offer virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Florida. This gives you the flexibility to access support from wherever feels most comfortable and private for you whether that’s at home, at work, or another space where you can show up with ease and feel safe.

How long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are 53–60 minutes long. This time is intentionally set aside so we can slow down, settle in, and really give space to the work without feeling rushed.

Within that hour, we’ll focus on what feels most important to you that day, whether that’s processing something recent, exploring deeper patterns, or building practical tools and strategies you can carry with you outside of session.
